Being proud doesn't equal racist... Damn fucktards thinking everything is racist thise days.... If you want to stop racistism just stop fucking talking/thinking about it, for gods sake, it's 2012 already and you are the result of millions of years evolution. It's about time to fucking act like it.
and to that same effect, just because I'm Hispanic, I wouldn't walk up to a stranger and say "I'm brown and I'm happy about it!" and I'm 99% sure that no ones randomly approached you and told you "I'm _____ and I'm happy about it!"
and besides, I really wouldn't consider myself a color. It really doesn't feel right identifying myself as such, I feel more comfortable saying that I'm a proud Dominican.
Maybe you're just taking the wrong approach to it by saying you're proud to be a color, instead of saying that you're proud of were your ancestors roots lay. If you're Irish for example, and made a status saying "Damn, I'm proud to be an Irishman." I highly doubt you'll receive any negative feedback.

What are you talking about?
So there's a Independence Day-esque Holiday, and you were at a march to show your pride in your country and people were throwing shit at you guys over politics.
I really don't see the connection to racism. This seems more like a political issue.

The point is that ''March for England'' was a st Georges day event held in England, and isnt political in any way. but liberal unwashed scumbags from the U.A.F like throwing stuff at anyone who shows any kind of Patriotic pride as they assume ''hurr durr they r proud of there country THAT MUST MEAN THEY HATE OTHER COUNTRYS!!!!! HURR FUCKING DURR!''
so if there was a Muslim at the same parade were you got shit thrown at you, and they were joining you by showing their support the same way you were for England, the country they live in, they would get shit thrown at them too?
If yes, then that's not racism. That's just people pissed off about politics. :l
