I thought gay men were allowed to marry women? I thought they could do whatever straight people could?

Straight people can marry the ones they love, gay people can't.

No, but a straight man couldn't marry another man, but a lesbian can marry a man the same way a straight woman can. I fail to see where gays are given separate rights?

Missing the point .... by like, ten miles dude.

Your heart beats for only one person. You want to marry them. You happen to be born straight = good times!

You happen to be born gay... well fuck you then. Don't ever marry the one you love.

Does this sound like a difference in rights to you?

Again they can't marry the person they love. That is what seperates them. It basicly gives the message that a man and a man cannot be together is implies that a hetero relationship is morally better than gay people which is inequality and discrimination.

A lesbian being able to marry a man doesn't make it alright. If one sexuality does not have the right right as another sexuality than the people having that certain sexuality do not have the same rights.
