you white people complaining about your long hair.... when i was in seventh grade i started to grow my hair out. didnt cut it until senior year

you don't need to have your hair buzzed constantly, just in basic training. after that, keep it looking nice and professional and they don't mind. i've been in for several years in both aviation and infantry units and so far; no one has bothered to tell me to change it

On the bright side...

1. You don't have to shampoo it heavily
2. It dries MUCH faster
3. There's no such thing as a bad hair day
4. Running your hands through it feels awesome
5. Feeling the A/C against your shaved/bald head is beyond refreshing

Overall, not bad...
