must' heard the crash, The ambulance same and teek her away, and I went heme, but that night I was we freaked

I sailed the hospital the next day, and they said she was badly hurt but survived- I' m gad- it wouid' been

For the 3rd story, "I heard a scream" that settles it.
The person in the shower heard just one scream. If it had been his family he would've heard several screams. The single scream was that of the masked robber, when he found the dead bodies in the living room. He jumped out of the window because he came from that same window. So this confirms that the real killer was in the bathroom cleaning all the blood off himself/herself.

1. She was attacked as soon as she opened the door, meaning she already had the knife in her hand. But she thought it was her husband, so she must have been waiting to stab him when he got home.
2. If his buddy hung himself in the video, who sent the email?

4. It was an abandoned building, so how could there be faces looking down at him from the building? GHOSTS!
5. He was pointing at the TV before it was turned on, so the face must have been his own reflection. The kid's gonna die in 3 days!

4. They were the ghosts, and they were waiting for her to join them.
5. The son was pointing at the reflection on the screen since it wasn't turned on yet. The father should probably be careful for awhile.

For number three, I think I've got it. (I'm too lazy to look down in the comments to see if this has been mentioned before so deal.) So, since he only heard ONE scream, it couldn't have come from the entire family. If the masked guy was the murderer, all of the family would have screamed in fear. Therefore, It was the masked guy that screamed upon seeing the bodies of the dead family members. The murderer was the guy in the shower, who turned pale in fear that he had been caught when the masked guy saw him and jumped out the window he had entered through. This is maybe pushing it, but the guy in the shower may have been bloody and washing it off of him, which would have been a dead giveaway to the masked guy that the original dude was the murderer.

3 - the girl was already dead, she's pale because she's a ghost and obviously the man was scared. She sees herself on the floor dead and collapses.

For the third one, I think that the man in the mask was a fumigator and he screamed once he realized that he had gassed an entire family. Then the guy ran into the gas and turned pale and died. That explains why the guy who ran away had a mask.

The problem I see is that the video ends and we never see him die, so it could all have been a trick of some kind. But then I guess somebody would have to have gotten him out of the noose.
Story 3: I really don't know. Just no idea. It seems off, and I can see bits that might work, but I just can't put it together into a real answer.

3: The guy in the shower had killed his family, and was showering to wash off the blood. The intruder was only a thief and had seen the dead bodies, screamed and fled. Although it doesn't explain why he collapsed afterward.
