At all of the hospitals I work at we use the Metric system. I thought it was annoying at first, having learned feet, inches, yards, etc.. But now it's the other way around.

Well I'm guessing that it's around 38% since 1/5 of the population in Nevada lives in Las Vegas. Unless Las Vegas is a Haven for Skinny people and 1/2 people in the rest of Nevada are fat :P
