The only time he lost the ability to use Mjolnir is when Odin takes away his powers(he made him a mortal to teach him to think before he acts in the movie), he's still a god and without Mjolnir he can still fly and has super strength.

I don't think Thor could actually fly. I believe he just swung his hammer very fast and used the force from that to propel him through the air. At least that's what I gathered from the movies. I never really got into the comic books.

No he could, he did the hammer thing to summon a whirlwind/tornado type thing.

No problem, if you pay attention during the movies he raises his arm with Mjolnir in front of him while he's flying, kinda how Superman puts his hands in front of him when he flies which is why it would be mistakable for using it to propel him.

Too bad he became an arrogant asshole since he got juiced up. Iron Man for the win, keeping his cool at all times.

Don't forget Stark can be a narcissistic wise-ass and not too many people were like that from Capt's time which is why they argue quite a bit. If you notice by the end of the movie they basically settle their differences and even though he doesn't act like it most of the time(referring to the comics here) Iron Man/Stark respects Captain America for the sacrifices he was willing to make to end the war and stop evil for the greater good which is why Tony did what he did towards the end of the movie...but yes Captain America could use a better sense of humor.

on a side note: Stan Lee created Iron Man to be a hero that nobody should like but they do anyway hence the narcissistic wise-ass attitude.

Yeah, Howard Stark (grandson of Rob Stark) gave him a shield of Valerian Steel, which is like the strongest steel known to man (at least in the Seven Kingdoms).

Ahh well, I have not watched nor read any of the Game of Thrones series so I wouldn't know :P and before you recommend them I am currently in the process of watching Doctor Who so once I finish that I plan to watch GoT :)

In the comics black panther's father gave him Vibranium (or has he called it strange alien metal) to make a shield.
