the suit uses more energy than his reactor outputs, so sometimes his suit shuts down so he doesn't use so much energy that the shrapnel kills him

That was only in the first movie, and only when he used his first portable Arc reactor. The new arc reactor is far more powerful, and in The Avengers, they even state that he is using Arc technology to power Stark Tower, and is planning on expanding that technology to create an infinite power source for the world. That's like judging the durability of a rechargeable Alkaline battery based off of how long a heavy duty one lasts.

His smallest stat is Gadgets actually.

but when he's the hulk, he goes "durr smash" and kills everything in sight, which often includes allies, he remind me of a nuke; really powerful while under control, but a supreme fuck up if it explodes by your own men
