I don't believe in a God, but maybe he does exist for the people who believe in him, the human mind is an absolutely incredible thing and if people need faith to help them with their problems than maybe that belief actually drives them to solve their problems thus, "God" helped them in their eyes. You know what else could be construed as imaginary? Almost everything, because at some point it took humans creating something to make sense of it, other than what is physically there. You can say many things are scientifically proven but who created these formulas, who created numbers, we did as people, so we could have made them mean and be anything we want them to be, but because we know and believe it to be a certain way that's just how it is. Take time for example, us as humans see time as linear, because it made sense for us to make it as such, but the only real measurement of time is circular, the sun rising and setting, the seasons changing, but because we gave names to elapsed periods of time, we created linear time. All I'm saying is just because you don't believe and he doesn't exist for you, doesn't mean a God doesn't exist, maybe everyone is right, maybe to every body else everything they believe in is true, and instead of there being one true way, there is no wrong way.

belief does not equel evidence. sorry.

That is what makes religions so powerful. They are based on letting go of no physical proof in order to 'answer' things. I am not Christian anymore but I was raised that way. Don't be a douche. Let people believe what they want. if you don't believe in any God or deity, fine. But you should know the saying 'Religion is like a penis....' That goes for atheists too. So like i said, don't be a douche. If you need physical evidence for a belief stay the way you are but not everyone thinks just like you.

religion is so powerful because this world is full of idiots. Scientology, the Mormon religion, and most of the main religion are a joke, and it is illogical and moronic to believe in when it is so flawed.

The world is full of idiots. Like you. Religions can be flawed but they also can have evidence. Don't be an ignorant asshole, okay? Accept some people believe in God/Allah/Brahman etc even if you don't.

Evidence created from what? The only true evidence is physical evidence and that just proves something is there, like I said we created these numbers, we created these formulas to help us explain things, but what if we're wrong, technically we only know things are only as old for sure as when we first discover them because we have no evidence other wise. Yes we can say we can age predict things through carbon dating and such, but at some point someone just put some numbers together that worked...What if every thing is wrong?

if everything is wrong then we are fucked and science is pointless and we should rely on the bible and never question it ever because it is perfection. hahaha not, you sound like an extremist. there might be a possibility that math equation are wrong i agree, we shouldn’t just listen to what scientist and mathematicians tell us without questioning them, but things like e=mc^2 is amazing, it is so close to being perfect if it isn’t already.

Once again, most things are just theories because we can't technically prove it because a bunch of people are putting numbers together and making up equations, you're completely missing my point and forgetting one basic thought. Why do we feel the need to understand absolutely everything when the need to understand only causes war, yes it has a lot of advantages like technological and medical advances, but why can't we just accept the fact that some things are there because they are, some things just work because they do. The more answers we seek the more people will have varying ideas and beliefs which will only lead to more wars and blood shed. I'm only saying there is a possibility, but just because science could be wrong, doesn't mean the bible is right either, maybe no one is right. Maybe no one has figured out what anything really means yet.

lol! yeah, maybe i'm a thought or i am in a dream of someone’s imagination, maybe i dont exist, maybe none of this is real.

lay off the pot hippy. hahaha just kidding man, i see your point.

Lol hey never know, you very well might be, technically there's no way to prove other wise.

yeah i know. i've heard most of the theories. but i believe in the natural, the things we can test and such. i'll leave the spaghetti monster to religion.
