It would cool it down and not destroy any of the circuits unless inside of the card itself. Kidel explained that why it wouldn't break it. I hate 10 year old newfriends on this website.

I've seen people that has been using dry ice to cool down graphic cards though.

Pouring water from above onto a circuit board, or in this case, a graphics card doesn't necessarily damage the graphics card. The only thing that would be affected would be the GPU, fans and other electronics which can't handle fluid and break down electronics, without thinking about heat. The cooling paste used for GPU's/CPU's however mixed with water could make the water conduct voltage, as long as the cooling paste contains enough metals in it and that the resistance of the conductor (water containing metals) will be lowered, it would unfortunately make the copper strips on the circuit board of the graphics card (and electronic devices, such as the ICE's, resistors, and capacitor, not to exclude the GPU and fan(s) on it) conduct power close to instantly, and the electronic parts/devices would break down.
