the high you get from rubbing the toothpaste on your nipple is pretty intense. The trip is different for everyone though. Mine was pretty intense but mellow at the same time, it occurs when some of the oxidizing chemicals from the toothpaste enter your bloodstream through your nipples ( you could do that or directly inject it, which will probably kill you). Just make sure not to put more than a pea size drop on each nipple or you're going to have a bad time
