Well I use a program called Fences
Have a look at the video (www.youtube.com/watch?v=amWQticwnbU) and the attached picture (which is my desktop(you cant see the fences so well as in the video because I prefer having it invisible)).
If you're interested, I have uploaded the setup and crack for the full version.
