no seriously, congrats. i really didn't think my first relationship would last that long, especially when i look at all my friend, who have boy/girlfriends for a few weeks/months.

It's because people are shallow. I used to be that way, but after a while of being depressed I realized that no amount of sex in the world is going to make me happy, it's who I'm with that counts. It's the intimacy that matters, not the goal.

oh it's never to late to have an epiphany. i got together with my boyfriend when i was 15 and he was 17. we both were virgins and i really didn't feel mature enough for sex. but he never tried to pressure me into something or complained about it even though i let him wait for 9 months.

i don't know how old you are. but i'm 19 now and i think my friends are just not mature enough. some of them really just want sex.
