Well it's not real, that's for damn sure. It's about a mentally deficient person who takes the movie too seriously and tries it out himself, following the movie's medical procedure as best as he can.... Let's just say the movie is about 42 times more fucked up than the first.

i came in right in the middle of the second one. all these people where lying on the floor naked while this fat guy in a lab coat... and nothing else... any way he just walked around majorly fucking them up this one guy he took a hammer and after that im just like NOPE and left
