*I'm ready for thumbs down*

Why are people hating on this CoD? I'll tell you why. Because it's Cod.

If the exact same trailer was put out, but with a different name, lets say "Future Defense Wars Cock Fuck Ultra", people would be like "holy shit! this looks awesome! it's futuristic, with a touch of modern too! It looks soooooo much better than that Call of Duty shit!!!!11!11"

I think people should shut the fuck up and just enjoy the games people make instead of nitpicking and complaining.

I don't hate Cod, just infinity ward and activision. Treyarch is fine, they seem to genuinely care about the community and fixing issues, while IW only seem to care about adding explosions and kill streaks.

Actually it just looks like a cheesy, Michael Bay-esque mess, again. Sorry, but if robots and shit are the future of CoD, enjoy the unbalanced mess that will be the multiplayer, especially when IW and Treyarch gave up properly listening to the community after World at War. I'm already calling a 3-4 point-streak to be some form of armed unmanned vehicle that will fuck everything up, and the Juggernaut from MW3 will now be a mech suit that will be even more ridiculous.

I don't care if it's CoD or not. I was NOT impressed by anything the trailer presented to me. At all.

Its not just because its call of duty. Its because the past 3 call of duties have been shit, and the changes they are supposedly making arent going to do anything to make it a better game. Plus, the graphics look dated to me. You see all these games coming out with great looking cgi trailers, and they made a half assed attempt with what looks like in game cutscenes

Because Activision is using the franchise as a money-making game series? Don't get me wrong, the games are not bad, but they are not trying hard to make MW3 much different from MW2. And isn't Call of Duty about WW2 and such? Now it's in the future and you can make decisions that affect the storyline? Like Mass Effect? And with the introduction of zombies in CoD5, Call of Duty is slowly turning from a war-front FPS into something else. Sounds like they are running out of ideas for the campaigns of their games.
