I say take the red thumb away, it doesn't really help, and its easier to just ignore the post rather than have to dislike it, thumb it, or choose to ignore it. Its really only an outlet for trolling anyway because no decent person would thumb something down for simply not being sufficiently humorous, and if it is offensive then there is always the flagging option.
