This guy, Genki Sudo, is a retired Japanese MMA fighter. He is now a practicing Buddhist, essayist, musician, actor and a dancer.
Right now he is a member of the musical/dancing group, World Order, where Sudo writes the lyrics, music and the choreographs.

The black power ranger in the second picture is the voice actor for vash the stamped, ichigo in bleach, and lead singer for the band eyeshine. He was at ACEN last weekend.
