None of those prove anything. Royce Gracie proved himself in the original UFC that his himself and his style of fighting was better than any other and took on the best of any size.
From that spawned the mma as we know it today and the best fighters in the world. Bruce Lee is amazing, but he would have lost in a fight against Royce.

It would be amazing to see a match-up like it and a pity we never will. But personally I just don't see Lee being able to handle the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ground game.
I will give the mentality and physical advantage to Bruce Lee, but technique goes with the Gracie.

Oh, I know he has outstanding technique. But if you take a guy who knows striking vs. a guy who has a ground game and neither cross train much, ground guy wins. Just watch new guys in the UFC. Even the best boxer in the world would have to spend years dedicated to wrestling and jiu-jitsu to hold his own in the octogaon, while a gracie blackbelt would need about 6 months of mma training to be alright in the big show
That's assuming that someone would get close to someone on the ground that knows ground technique. I'm quite sure that Bruce Lee wouldn't be so stupid to go near someone that knows ground techniques while they're on the ground. Bruce Lee would strike, back away, and make his opponent come to him.
