If the businessman ONLY owned the tree, and not the land around it, then the other man could sit anywhere on that land that he chooses--even if it's under the shadow of that tree. You can't "own" shadows. But you can own land. If the businessman owned the land around the tree, then the other man might not be allowed to sit there unless the businessman allowed him to.
Same thing applies to the shed. If it's the businessman's property, then the other man can only sit in it if the businessman allows it. If the other man BUYS the shed, then he's free to do whatever he wants with it so long as it doesn't infringe the rights of anyone else.

"Told to do so"? By law? Just because a big corporate businessman "tells" you to buy something, that doesn't mean you have to. And even if someone DOES buy something because they're "told to", that's not a fault in the system, that's just plain stupidity.

There is no need for a law, there is no other choice! You either follow the rules or you die. Nobody tells you to buy anything, but who gave you money in the first place? And who wants it back? You and your family are an exception if you don't owe any money to anyone (or to anything, as I like to call it). And you are an exception if where you live there is no useless stuff around you. People pay for it, and they get loans to pay it. You are completely right, look around! How many stupid people do you know? How many non-stupid people do you know? At least you do understand that you don't have to buy what you are told to, but we all did it at some point of our lives. Wouldn't you believe me if I told you that most of the people do buy what they are told to without even realizing? Maybe not, but I do. Maybe I am wrong, but I have no other explanation for this world yet.
"...there is no other choice!" Non-participation is always a choice. You don't need to buy a car or a house or nice clothes or a watch or fast food or health insurance or bottled water if you don't want to pad the pockets of the uber-rich. There is NOTHING that forces you to buy those things. There are no economic or social "rules" that ANYONE has to follow. The only rules that apply to the human race are 1) maintain a heartbeat and regular breathing, and 2) regularly provide your body with water and nutrients. You don't need to get a job. You don't need money. You don't have to obey the law if you don't want to. You don't even have to obey MORAL laws if you don't want to--but of course that will involve removing yourself from our society.
I hate to sound like a hipster, but conformity is entirely optional. You were born free, and you can die free. Every action you make is of your own choice.

Now look around you and tell me how many people you know that do that.
Better tell me how many people ever stopped to think about that.
Now tell me how many people are there in your country.
And yes, I agree with you, to some point. Our mind is free, and hopefully will always be. At least I’ll make sure that mine is.

Very few people do that. You know why? Because they choose not to.
If I wanted to, at this very instant, I could throw my laptop on the ground, sell all of my possessions, hike into the woods, find a cave, and live there for the rest of my life. There is NOTHING stopping me from doing that. But I choose not to because that's not the sort of life that I want to live. I think it's more comfortable to live in a house. I think it's easier to buy food at a store rather than hunt for it. I think it's nice having the services of other people to call upon, for a fee, if I need them.
But of course, since I have chosen this lifestyle, there are certain rules I have to abide by. I need money to purchase things from other people. In order to get money, I need to get a job. In order to get a job, I need an education. In order for other people to let me live near them, I need to follow the rules set by them. I need to obey the law. I need to respect other people's rights. I need to wear clothes when I walk down the street. I need to be polite when I talk to other people. I can't murder someone's dog because I feel like it.
If I didn't want to obey those rules, there is nothing preventing me from doing so. But if I break those rules, I will no longer be allowed to live in this society.
But even so, there are STILL no laws regarding what I must or must not purchase that I absolutely have to follow--even if I DO live in a contemporary society.

You are stuck in the superficialities. I also chose certain things among other, and I carry on with the consequences. Our lifestyle is what it is and as I said this is not a call at arms. It is a call to awareness. Where is our choice? I am aware that I have to work to grant myself a decent place in society, I don’t like it, but I just carry on with it. I’ve studied because I needed that piece of paper that said that I’ve studied to have a job. I am studying now mostly because of the next piece of paper, this time a very expensive one, but still, it is meant to grant me a better position in society in order to have more comfort in this game.
However, I am aware that money might be something completely unnecessary, and maybe half of the things I do are useless for what life is meant to be. But I live here, as you said, in this society. And I also know that if I break the rules I’ll be kicked out. But I was not talking about those rules. Those are very obvious ones…
Everything said here is my personal and subjective opinion. I think that as human beings we already know what’s good and what’s bad, and we would not want to hurt/annoy each other without external influence. So nobody would want to kill anyone. And those who intentionally hurt other people would be a minority that could be helped in time… Actually this is a very long story; I’ll maybe explain it someday…
I just have my doubts about how things really work, and what is the goal of the things I see. The eternal question: ‘why?’. I see a lack of logic and a lot of unfairness everywhere, and I just ask myself… is that how things are supposed to work? Maybe the answer is yes, since humankind has never witnessed anything better. Maybe not regarding the environmental situation and this entire 3rd world thing… but it is quite a good moment for almost half of the world. And still, I just have my doubts… Nothing else.

Most of the people wouldn’t even try to discuss with me, that’s another big problem. They would just yell something like: GTFO YOU TERRORIST/COMMUNIST/NIGGER. So actually thank you for your attention.
And I like it when people find out my mistakes, so I can fix them.

Cheese in the mousetrap is for free. The closest thing to believable modern Utopia is the one developed by Jacque Fresco (and he was probably highly influenced by the Socialist/Communist ideas), even though I find some flaws on it, overall it looks like a good idea.

I came to lol in here and so I will, some last words for this unpleasant text-walls:
All I would want to do is to have my doubts. What I say is not the truth, maybe it is right.... Well I do believe I am right, but I also admit that I could be wrong. Every possibility is possible, and I won’t discuss this. I just like to have my doubts, but I don't want to start a riot. We live where we live, and just a little bit of awareness about the fact that just maybe things are not as they are painted to us won't make us bad. Maybe they are as they are, and there is no background for anything, and I am just a psycho…. However I have my reasons to say what I say. I don’t want to change the world, I want to change minds, and improve my own mind… Thank you for your attention anyway; this is no place for discussions regarding ideologies…
