Seriously? Umm... If you're a 6th grader or below, I forgive you and you can ignore what I'm about to say. Otherwise, you better seriously get your shit together. That's algebra 101 dude. You will fail life if you can't get algebra down, and I'm seriously not exaggerating. Math is only hard because you say that's it's going to be hard while you learn it. Algebra is gonna be huge in every math and science course you take for the rest of your life.
m = 3
y = mx + b

When x=4, y =9 so we replace y and x.
