you look for a print screen button (for my keyboard PrtScn)
then to make it a .jpeg:
go to MS paint
paste it ( Ctrl C) and save as .jpeg
then use it in comment

It gets copied to your clipboard. Just hit ctrl + c onto MS paint and it should pop up.
