The other 66% are white Americans.
HOWEVER:
Minorities make up over 65% of prison populations.
Statistically, black men are 8 times more likely to commit a violent crime than a white man. Hispanic men are 5 times more likely to commit a violent crime than a white man.
The numbers speak for themselves. The only people who are ruining the U.S. are minorities. The majority of minorities are not found to be sexually appealing by white people.
THUS: Minorities contribute to over 66% of rape, murder, prison, and obesity statistics.
Minorities are just unattractive, lazy shits of society that bring down the U.S.' reputation.
Facts/Statistics don't lie. Get the FUCK over it, minorities.

The only segregation performed in the school was based on performance, not on ethnicity. Its just an unfortunate coincidence that some representatives of the minorities tend to have less interest in learning, and more interest in ,"where thah white women at?" but I digress...

I'm very glad that in YOUR PARTICULAR SCHOOL minorities are treated equally. Of course there are no 100% in anything, yes there is the small group who don't want to learn, just like that group in the white population. But if you treat a person differently and from the day he was born say he is worthless than you won't be able to fix it.Only few with a rock hard will and a very stubborn personality will be successful.
Now that we got that clear to the conversation.
