he who prapered the lamb cant cook it properly.
lamb is one of the best meat dishes you can have if its prepared correctly. lamb roast can easily go too dry and can be bland aswell, you can try piercing holes into the raw lamb roast and stick in some garlic into the holes that the meat isnt so bland. i dont know how to fix the dryness but mostly you eat the roast with some good gravy or jellies like mint or blackberry.

but the most succulent meat of the lamb is the ribs, you need to leave the meat medium and man that shit be tasty. the rib should have some fat on top of it, the fat makes the meat a bit more tender and gives extra flawor.

You've obviously never had lamb chops at medium temperature sauteed with cognac sauce garnished with mint & steamed veggies. :)

It's the most tender, juiciest piece of protein ever!

Were it beef, pork ribs, sausage, etc. I'd agree. Granted, I'm a beer lover myself. However... Don't mean to sound like a snobbish cunt but, lamb meat - at least I feel - goes best with a merlot style wine.

Also best cooked in a red wine like Merlot cause the acidity of the wine breaks down the meat and makes it tender

Depends what you do with it, but I prefer game meat. Grouse, duck, deer, moose... OMNOMNOM!

Well, I don't hunt, so I probably won't ever taste those things, I could never bring myself to shoot and kill another living creature.

Oh, you don't need that suit. :3
I just like harvesting my own food. I hunt, fish, pick berries and mushrooms and I also like to grow my own vegetables. It's wholesome and 100% ecological. And tastes much better than store-bought stuff. If you're used to homegrown tomatoes and cucumbers, the ones from the store tastes like paper.
Anyway, I highly recommend trying game and wild fowl if you get the chance.
