The correct pronoun is (in formal voice or voseo) las, because it is a direct object (you cannot put an indirect object with cortar, it doesn't make much sense, an besides, the fact that the sentence can be put into passive -las chicas son cortaras- proves that it is a direct object).

well im not a native speaker or fluent in it by any means, But I was under the impression that las was used when adressing people in the 3rd person, since he was talking to them instead of about them i thought se was the correct form, but im just in my third year of spanish i really dont know too much. Spaniard here: you are right, except for the "me" part. Your sentence "me las voy a cortar" literally means (this sort of construction can't really be translated into english) "I will cut them to myself"; just fir shits and giggles, probably the first thing (and I'm not kidding here) that goes through the head of 99% of Spanish speakers when seeing this sentence is "I will cut my dicks off" lol.
The correct form would be las voy a cortar, or os voy a cortar in peninsular Spanish.

i just looked through my textbook, and it's agreeing with me. It does teach business Spanish though which is how it's spoken in Spain, so that might be where our discrepancy lies. But I don't know for sure, so im just gonna leave it at that.
