If it has actual cat ears, then it's furry.

there's not a name for dressing up in fake bunny ears and ******* . playboy bunny fetish or something. furries are a group of people who have created a half-animal character for themselves known as a fursona, and enjoy and/or create media related to said half-animal characters. they may or may not get into suits they made/had made of their fursona. the sex thing is just sex. i mean, come on. everyone has sex. being a furry has nothing to do with it

thats what i was trying to say
but he said that anything with animal ears or body parts is a furry

Not furry means no animal parts. The ears and tail count as part of the animal.

I thought the difference was clearly visible when you look at them. A neko is a human with cat ears and tail, whereas a furry is an animal that is given human characteristics. A neko is already mostly human, you can;t give humans something they already have, therefore neko's are not furry.

nekos are weeaboos. Weeaboos must be killed with fire.

Furries are NOT weeaboos. They should be hugged and treated with respect.

When people say they are furries they mean they have created a fursona, a fursona is a persona but an animal, a furry, which represents them when they write, draw, roleplay. Some people create fursuits and wear them to furry conventions.

That means they like the drawing and animation style that uses furries. It'd be the same as someone who calls them self a mechanist(not a real profession) because they like steampunk/clockpunk. They're not hiding a tail in their jeans.
