I believe that all consoles are created equal (except the Wii)
Xbox, PC, and PS3 are equal with their pros and cons
Xbox: Have to pay, but better controllers (in my opinion), (and RROD isn't a problem anymore I've heard)
PS3: Free Internet access, but much flimsier controllers (again, opinion) (and whoever says PS3 doesn't have any games, clearly doesn't have a PS3)
PC: Free internet, Mouse controls (another opinion, not a fan of mouse controls, but I'm pretty sure you don't have to use them either though) (also graphics are usually worse, depending on your computer, but graphics don't make the game)
Xbox here, but I don't bitch about PS3 or PC because I think all of them are fine

15 years ago Nintendo made the SNES (I've never played NES, SNES was first for me)
The SNES took my gaming virginity
However after 15 years of "evolution" she gradually got worse and worse, and eventually the experience was awful
Then I started seeing some newer more exciting models (Xbox, PS3) who impressed me much more and were giving me a more enjoyable experience
(However the NES/SNES are still master race)

happyshark (04/16/2012) [-] it was NES for me, and ever since i have enjoyed every nintendo console and it's games, but admittedly wii has the widest range of crap i have ever seen but they still bring out the best in my opinion, games that are made to be fun, friendly for all but still somehow you can find a way to play hardcore. i do like the other consoles don't get me wrong i do but PS3 in comparison to PS1 and 2 is nothing and likewise to xbox 360. wii still has that small warm feeling for me that i will treasure ever time i play it but never as great as the classics. Awful seems a bit over reacted but i guess its you opinion.

I'm pretty sure I'm the only person on the Playstation Network who actually has a microphone, and not many of the games have anywhere near the same level of community that Xbox games do.
I mean, Infamous 2 is the biggest exception to that rule, and it's not even a multiplayer game - just people designing single-player levels.
It's awesome, but I just wish that the PS3 had the same kind of interactivity and connection that the Xbox does.

zigzagderpaderp (04/15/2012) [-] well with consoles you do get the luxury of just playing in your living room or in your room and you can pretty much play at a distance on an HDTV (I used to play on PC), but then again you can hook up your PC to your TV and just use a wired controller, but that defeats the purpose.
And stop being a douche. It really is all about preference. Don't think that just because you have PC, the world has to follow you and play on PC, too.

My cheap 300 bucks can run most games at max settings, 2 graphics cards assigned to do 2 different tasks, displaying over 1080P, 60FPS and 8X anti aliasing. There is no way you will ever be able to say valid that the PC is equal to the consoles. Not even its an opinion.

Sorry but the graphics thing is just wrong. With good graphics cards pc will beat anything in graphics. And once you get good with kbm i feel that it is much better. Theres a button for everything and the mouse give a much better feel. (opinion) Also Xbox is for more competitive players and PS3 is for more older players. Thats why PS3 got games like MGS4 and FFXIII Versus.

Well if you look at the players typically it is what you will notice. Xbox is full of very competitive people. And PS3 is has some some older players. PC barely has younger players because most teens don't have money and knowledge to build or buy a high powered computer.

I bought Skyward Sword for my sister but she rarely plays it. And personally, motion controls get annoying after awhile
