3 Factions. Solar Empire, New Lunar Republic, and PARTY. The Apple Family is a neutral party supplying weapons and other military supplies to all three. The Solar Empire and Lunar Republic are headed by Celestia and Luna (respectively), and PARTY is sort of a rogue terrorist organization with Pinkie as it's leader. I also have more images :D

And as you may have noticed due to humanization, pegasi/griffons are now Seraphim, and unicorns have retained their affinity for magic, each one possessing a sort of tattoo (Twilight's found around her left eye). All in all, it's probably my favorite universe created from any fic I've read, I just wish the author would release chapters more often.

While I'm not quite sure why Pinkie started PARTY, Luna and Celestia both believe they're doing the right thing for the people as a whole. Celestia creating the Solar Empire under her sole leadership, and Luna creating the Lunar Republic to be governed by the people. Fluttershy is the head of the Peace Corps and has been providing medical care to all injured persons. Cloudsdale was originally neutral, but has allied itself with Symbia (the place Griffons come from) and the Lunar Republic as well. Ponyville has become sort of a stomping ground for PARTY, and thus is wartorn and desolate. Zecora has also refused to offer assistance to all sides of the conflict.
