Gated community means you have to get passed a closed gate with some sort of code or keycard to get in unless you jump a wall.

Zimmerman did not chase him. Martin did not run. This is pure myth, and I don't believe what Zimmerman says, All my arguments come from the evidence.

Martin's girlfriend was on the phone with him at the time and martin expressed concerne about a man following him. At Zimmerman's approach. Martin turned to face Zimmerman and asked him "why are you following me?" Zimmerman responded "what are you doing here?"

This does not in anyway denote a chase.

Zimmerman's story of an unprovoked attack is backed by evidence. Martin had no damage, other than the gunshot wound. Zimmerman had a broken nose, bloody face, grass stains on the back of shirt, and abrasions and cuts on the back of his head.

All wounds that indicate being punched in the face, knocked the ground and having your head bashed into the pavement. A person who is "being chased" does not bash some ones head repeatedly into the ground when they have no wounds to speak of. When they inflict a wound to the face that gushes blood and knock the person down they run.

Almost everything they put out in the beginning was edited or miss reported to make everyone think Zimmerman killed Martin in cold blood because he was black.

not until a month later did they started "re-examining" everything and finding none of it was true, but by then everyone believed them and no one cares what the truth is now.

The only injustice I truly found was that Zimmerman had followed Martin even after being told NOT to do so. This, along with the fact that Martin was in the morgue tagged as a John Doe for 3 days, even though he had an I.D. on him, were what made the case fucked up...

Basically, Trayvon went to get skittles and a tea, on his way home he was spotted by Zimmerman who reported him as a suspicious individual. The police told Zimmerman NOT to follow Trayvon tand that police would be sent to check it out, yet Zimmerman decided to follow Trayvon anyway armed with a Nine millimeter pistol.

Noone is exactly sure what occurred next, some say there was a scuffle, but whatever happened all we know is that Zimmerman accosted the unarmed teenager and that for whatever reason he shot and killed him.

Either way Zimmerman should never have been let go in the first place. At the absolute least this was manslaughter as he was specifically told by police not to follow the kid who again was completely unarmed and he followed the kid with a semi-automatic pistol no less. And its been plastered all over the news with butthurt and anger urrywhere.

No, the problem with the prosecution is that they went after Casey Anthony with 1st degree murder, claiming she deliberately killed her child. They couldn't prove it. What they should have tried to nail her with was 2nd degree murder or manslaughter, which she most assuredly would have been convicted of.
