You honestly telling me your brain can't comprehend what's going on there? It's a hollow, cubic tube being constantly turned in on itself, while being rotated in the 'z' axis. Our brains can't comprehend a forth dimension, therefore we couldn't possibly make an image of it, let alone actually visualize the image

Our brains can process the movements, but not what its truly representing. The idea that we're unable to grasp is that what we're looking at is made out of perfect cubes, with sides all equal to each other.

To compare, draw a cube on a paper. A 2d stick figure would think that it's two squares and some lines between them, possbly even that those lines between them form some quadrangles, but if we told him that those quadrangles were squares, and that all of those squares were equal in size, he would not be able to imagine that, since he lives in the second dimention and can't imagine the third dimention.
But we know that the all of the cubes sides are, indeed, equal.

If we started spinning the drawn cube, the stick figure would se that the quadrangles shifted in shapes, and only now and then formed perfect squares.
