The temperature in a sauna is usually between 70 - 120 degrees celsius
So there's nothing wrong
I was gonna say dry air aswell but the comments below me have already said it

Nope.

I was in a sauna +100C just on Friday and it's a piece of cake (of course if you're gonna stay there for a prolonged time it might be a good idea to keep hydrated)

Sauna? Steam? Steam = Boiling hot water that turned into gas form? If not near or above boiling point then how do you get proper steam for a sauna? Saunas are usually 75-120 degrees...

120 degrees celcius. The water in your body would boil. You would die. Water boils at 100 celcius.

Saunas normally have about 110°C. I used to visit one with my parents and their friendly couple. Their friend's GF was hot.

Just because the air in the saunas are past 100 Celsius doesn't mean your body will boil.
it takes a while for the heat to enter your body, and blood, and for the particles to agitate to 100 degrees. Especially something thick like blood.
So no, you wouldn't die.
