1. Dogs can eat chocolate if it has a certain chemical removed. Most pet stores sell this chocolate and humans can eat it too.

2. Ketchup wasn't sold as a medicine, but rather a source of Vitamin C. It was also recommended to diabetics as its high in sugar (there weren't as many diabetics around then)

3. You can't sink in quicksand anyway. Your bottom half will sink, but the air in your torso (and in OPs head) will keep you afloat just as if you were in a swimming pool.

4. True, you can't keep your eyes open when sneezing. This isn't because your eyes will pop out however.

5. Blue is the favorite colour on average in over 30 countries, all ranging between 40-50%, definitley NOT 80%. Its because its a neutral colour to both sexes and represents calmness to most.

6. Coca-Cola was never green. It came in a green bottle. By this logic Mountain Dew is a fluorescent green colour.

8. Snails can hibernate for years, but this is extremely rare and i think only present in desert snails. They do this to protect themselves from dry, hot weather that would otherwise make them dry up.

-Chocolate affects their digestive system because they lack the enzyme to process chocolate
