Hemophilia doesn't make you bleed when touched, it means your blood doesn't clot as easily and flows almost unchecked when cut.

Hemophilia doesn't mean if someone touches you, you bleed.

It means you bruise easily, you are at risk of hematoma becoming a hemorrhage and your blood doesn't clot.

Hemophilia just means that you have trouble clogging blood, it doesn't mean that you bleed at a touch.

So if I got stabbed, I would essentially just bleed and bleed and bleed forever with no clotting, and eventually die.

That is not what hemophilia is. Hemophilia is when your blood does not clot correctly, so even a small cut will take an extremely long time to close, if it ever does.

First - Hemophiliacs don't bleed when you touch them, they bruise easily and their blood doesn't clot when they get cut. This means they need medicine in order to make their blood clot.
Second - Anastasia HAS been found. It was confirmed a few years ago that the bodies of Alexei and Anastasia were found murdered about the same time as their parents and sisters.
