Asking someone to watch MLP as seen by:

Yeah that's pretty much accurate, the difference being i can't slam the door in their face on the internet :(

Don't care about the show as i have 0% interest in ponies
Don't care about you watching it, watch whatever the hell you want, just keep it to yourself and other people that like it.
Don't care if you post pony content on this site, you have just as much right to as anyone else on this site.

That said the "keeping it to yourself" and "you're free to post on the site" are kind of contradicting eachother, which can be solved with one simple function: 'Blocking channels so their content doesn't appear for you' It helps everyone, because just as i don't enjoy pony posts, other people don't like dolan posts, or stoner posts, or whatever the hell other posts you can think of.

i watch one episode of MLP and i am not amused

People told me to give it a chance, and warned me that the first two episodes aren't the best.
So I watched Episode 22 of Season 2.
I still hated it, I don't mind if you guys like it but the voice acting made me cringe, as did the way the character's were animated (like their non-verbal reactions, like cowering, cheering, etc.)

seen one episode characters got more annoying as they were introduced I could have delt with it until Pinkie Pie showed up she ruined the show for me

watched the first episode like a year ago and almost died from the sheer embaressment.
Something about the voices and all that shit makes me die inside.

Asking people to watch MLP never works.
Most bronies are made through curiosity. I mean, I wanted to see why on earth anyone could enjoy watching a show aimed at little girls. There had to be something good about it, for it to appeal to such a vast audience.

So, I watched the first two episodes.
Then the entire first season.
And the start of the second season.
Now I'm waiting for episodes every Saturday, while browsing MLP fanfics.

It is a good show, but don't expect people to enjoy it from the offset. Hell, I bet there is a non-brony reading this now wondering what I had thought, too. My advice? If you willing to give it a try, odds are you will like the show. Just do it. Join us.

Ponytime has turned into a massive hate surge that is used only for arguments between bronies and non-bronies.
I'll have you know that i am completely neutral. It's a kids' show. I'm over it.

I don't have to. At my campus, like 50% of people are bronies and the rest are neutral.

I didn't like it at first, but then I went back to it and thought the characters' depth was cool.

The only reason I ever started liking the show was because of the animation.
If the show had shit animation I don't think bronies would exist.
