The same thing happened to a kid a few years older than me at my high school. He lost every football scholarship even though the girl admitted to lying. Now he goes to some shitty college.

Similar thing happened to some friends of mine. This chick was a slut ( not exaggerating she was underage and had more sex then most males will see in their lives, as in I know of at least 8 different guys in 2 weeks) . Now her usual move was to find a guy she likes, assure him shes 16 ( legal age in Australia). This is the start of the fucking weird shit, no one questions her age because since year 7 she has said she was 14 ( when your meant to be 11 - 12) which meant that by the time she was in year 9 ~ 10 she was over ago, however she wasn't and so all the guy she had sex with that were over age are technically committing rape.

One day she found a new guy to hit on and sent naked photos to him after talking and flirting for a while(AKA the usual for her), however this guy was in an on and off relationship with a girl and decided to show the photos to a teacher, who took him to the principal, and then the girl was called in and some of the other guys that were in our school ( 3 in all). From there the principal asked what happened and the girl panicked and said she was raped and they forced her to send the photos. Immediately police were involved the guys from our school had to give statements about not only the flirting but the sex its self ( usually with parental figures because they weren't over 18, which must of being god damn awkward). Then it came to the guy who took the photos to the principal, now he didn't have sex with her, but was accused of child pornography because of the photos on his phone of course the charge would never hold because the police had all the message logs and he never asked for the photos. Eventually after much heartache from the boys and this girls trying to escape what she'd done she dropped the charges of rape, however most of these guys still had to defend themselves against child pornography charges ( because they were sent naked photos of her too) however they were quickly dismissed as she lied about her age for sometime. But the harm was already done the guys had police records and heavy stress issues during their HSC (final year 12 exams)


This is just a story i thought id put out there that shows how easy it is for a woman to ruin mens lives just by squealing rape, or a mother by squealin domestic violence.

If anybody wants a clearer picture of the story. Series 6, Episode 7 of the show Skins deals with this exact problem ^. A guy gets with a girl at a party and starts dating her thinking she's about 17 or 18 and he only finds out later that she's 13 and immediately backs off, but she's angry with him and calls the police saying he raped her. If you don't like that sort of crap don't worry, but it's a really interesting way of touching that kind of story.

I agree, but in the eyes of the law, it's impossible to give consent when you're intoxicated. So if you ever do it drunk, you can accuse the other person of rape. Doesn't matter if it was rape or not--- it qualifies in our legal system.

She went along with it (she was drunk) he went along with it is well (he was drunk also).
Either individuals could of said "No" at any point if she had said "No" and he continued then this would be RAPE!, but neither did. But it will be the man who will be told he "raped" because they both got too drunk and made a mistake and she would not be willing to accept that fact she did.

Legally, having sex with a drunk person can be considered rape, considering they're not of clear mind to consent. Just how, legally, tattoo artists can't give you a tattoo while you're drunk.

When you're judgement and inhibitions are impaired, some people just don't control themselves like they would if they were sober. Hence why its both illegal and immoral if one person is sober and the other drunk. If they're both drunk... then that's a totally different story. lol
