The girl says "Oh uh-uh, wait a minute! Wait a minute! Just because I'm dressed this way does not make me a whore!" Which is true. Gentlemen, that is true. Just because they dress a certain way doesn't mean they are a certain way. Don't ever forget it. But ladies, you must understand that is fucking confusing. It just is. Now that would be like me, Dave Chappelle, the comedian, walking down the street in a cop uniform. Somebody might run up on me, saying, "Oh, thank God. Officer, help us! Come on. They're over here. Help us!" "Oh-hoh! Just because I'm dressed this way does not make me a police officer!" See what I mean? All right, ladies, fine. You are not a whore. But you are wearing a whore's uniform.

I don't think wearing sluty clothes means your asking to me raped, but it does make you a target. Just like wearing bright red in a combat zone makes you a target. Your not asking to be shot, but you sure are going to get shot.

The vast majority of rape happens in college. While i do feel bad for the minority, i do not find it preposterous to believe that a sorority whore who gets to drunk and has sex, then claims it rape because she couldn't remember it, didn't in some sense "Have it coming". Having a slut mentality does contribute to rape i.e. (Clothes, Actions and Overall image). If i place a snickers bar in a kids face and tell him that culturally under no circumstances should he eat it and he eats, i would blame myself foremost. Crime is as much a condition as an intention.

Slutty clothes can attract negative attention. However, slutty clothes does not nullify her response of "No". There's a huge gap between consensual and non-consensual sex.

obviously no one asks to be raped or assaulted based on how they dress. but that doesn't change the fact that how someone dresses can draw unwanted attention. they are still the victim, but the situation could have been avoided had they dressed differently.
