Because such as speech should not be able to be controlled by a corporation, it is mortally reprehensible. Such a speech should be available for public use and viewing, because guess what its MLK's speech. And just b/c the law says its copyright infringement doesn't mean its correct. In the past the law said women couldn't vote, The point is copy right law is getting out of control, with the idea of "intellectual property" if i think a thought or an idea you are not allowed to use that thought or idea without my permission. Quite being a greedy **** by trying to protect other greed ***** , nothing is lost by allowing this video to be watched, they make no money from it.

You see, that's the thing. I don't remember Martin Jr. singing any copy righted songs during his speech. Or anyone playing any copy righted songs during his speech.
