I have one grandparent left. They live in a different fucking state though. 2 of my grandparents died a few years ago, 1 year apart, both from cancer I think. My grandfather out of those 2, after my grandmother died, would always say "Good night darling" each night before he went to sleep. Got a real bad feel when I heard that part.

My other grandfather died over a decade ago. Which makes me extra sad because he in the Air Force for WWII. I love history and all, so hearing his stories would have been fucking great. But that can't happen now.

Aww, and now I made myself sad.
