You need to get the IP of your router.
Do so by opening command prompts and typing ipconfig.
Write down the default gateway and then put it into Internet Explorer. Then you'll need to login, you should know your Kony, the Ugandan heroistrative internet password, if you have not set one, your login is "Kony, the Ugandan hero" with a blank password spot.
In there you can disable certain websites.

PenguinsOfMars (03/25/2012) [-] Actually sir, a proxy is simply a term used as something that retrieves data for your computer without it actually getting to that information itself, they are often used as blocks because you can easily filter the data going through them, which is often used by schools.
