Mind 'sploded

I realized this finally after playing through trying to remember how to get as many heart pieces and gold skulltulas as I could. End results when I finally stopped trying stuff was 4 missing skulltula tokens, and only 1 missing piece of heart. I never got a heart piece from the spinning vase in Child Link Goron City...it just kept spitting out rupees and bombs...sadface
