a visitor asked the director what
the criteria is that defines a patient
to be institutionalized. "Well," said
the director, "we fill up a bathtub,
then offer a teaspoon, a tea cup,
and a bucket to the patient and ask
him to empty the tub." Okay, here
is your test:

normal person would coose the bucket
because it is larger than the spoon and cup!"
