Ermg, Ijust remembered a week before my 16th birthday, the panic phoned me up cos Iwas opening
an account, and they asked a few questions, one was ‘What is your ethnic blackground" which means
your race, Ididn’ t really understand what it meant so Isaid nervously "Umm its good.." They said "No,
are you white, black british?" And under the pressure and said Whats what Imeant, the
good kind, white.." and then hanged up. That' s why santander wouldnt accept me...
