I reckon the Amish have got their shit sorted tbh.
They don't agree with modern science ---> they don't use modern science
They don't agree with the rest of the world ---> they leave the rest of the world alone
If an outsider comes into their land, they don't try and convert them, they just act hospitable.
The same can be said with Buddhism. Ever heard of a Buddhist extremist? Me neither.

People don't seem to get this, but among every group of people, every minority and majority, every religious deity, culture, country and ideology there are people who pick on other people's beliefs. Regardless of which group you are in, there is somebody who has the same opinions and beliefs as you and still manages to be a complete asshole.
Personally I'm an atheist. I don't find these very entertaining. True, but not entertaining. Except the comics. However, the "99 % of atheists are arrogant" is not true. It's just only the arrogant ones that you notice because they give a fuck about your beliefs.
I don't mind your religion, I don't mind your beliefs, but tell me that I should or must believe, and I will use every reasonably well considered argument to destroy you.
By the way, with the 99 % thing you simply drag yourself down to those arrogant assholes' level.

I'm an atheist but i do not say god CAN'T exist, i believe that science has proof and we are told with religion to have faith, if there is definitive proof of god then i will believe in him but i am just making the best choice and going with the proof
