Since the South Park episode was made before the level 80 version came out, the model was that of The Hungering Cold, a unique epic drop.

well with transmog currently out in wow, i got this pretty sword and now duel welding it with my DK it looks bad ass

nope, deleting the system32 folder means there was windows on there before, which in turn means he HAD windows already... no extra money in their pocket
just 4 hours of reinstalling windows and configuring/installing all the rest

yep, UNLESS they have already had to use the reinstall key
those keys have a limited number of uses and will bug the crap out of you for internet verification
and sometimes you end up getting your windows locked until you get a new key, which you have to pay for.
