sometimes I don't think a content deserves to be toenail clippinged down, but I didn't think it was good enough to be toenail clippinged up.... so I skip the content.

When i skip, it is because the content wasn't very funny, but it wasn't horrible either....

i skip if i'm neutral about something, like if it wasn't funny, but wasn't that bad. i usually only gay cuddle down if i actually dislike something said or i couldn't even understand what was said. skipping is an appropriate reaction if you don't have an opinion either way.

Some content isn't good enough for me to up-rate, but also not bad enough to down-rate it. Like this OC for instance. It didn't make me laugh or give me a feel, so I wont up-rate it, but despite it calling me a scumbag if I down-rate it, I'm not really insulted enough to down-rate it, so I'm just going to skip.
