digybigy (02/14/2012) [-] They actually filmed that movie near where i work (grosse pointe park). anyway everyday a few of the cars would come and fill up with gas. ie his pick up, gran torino, etc ,etc, etc it was pretty cool

TheRamonAndrade **User deleted account** (02/14/2012) [-] no it was a great movie dont get me wrong but he went into that situation when he didnt have to knowing full well what was going to happen.in fact he planned on it . he planned his death . and who was it for? certainly not the families who have now lost a son or brother to the penal system . and certainly not for the neighborhood( cause im sure property value skyrocketed after that.) like i said its a great movie i liked it but once you think about it its just sad really.
