He's blunt, but i sorta agree. Guys make themselves so "beta" for girls, being there waiting for any opportunity to be a shoulder to cry on or to run around on a pointless task acting as their slave.
If you want to get girls, be aggressive. Try to be a bit flirty. It doesn't have to be forward, but at least make an effort not to be the "gay best friend" every girl wants.

I mostly agree, but there are some situations where being friend-zoned is a legitimate complaint. For example, when your girlfriend friend-zones you without first mentioning the break-up. Or when the girl goes to you for all her problems, while knowing you have feeling for her. Or when both of these things happen to you a few months apart, with the same girl. Also, admit that if you got two friend-zones in one day, you'd be upset.
