HI I play competitive Pokemon and Pikachu is much better than Raichu,
Pikachu can use the item "Light Ball" to DOUBLE its special and physical attack
This gives him better attacking stats than RAYQUAZA. With Substitute / thunderbolt / hp ice / focus punch he simply cannot be walled. period
dont underestimate this motherfucker
