My grandfather was in WWII and he died on Jan 27, 2011, at about 2:00 PM. I was in college classes when it happened. I got a call and I was told the bad news. I quit college, couldn't live with myself for not spending more time with him. My best friend had to talk me out of suicide.

Oh, I have no problem with Germans (part German, after all), and I dislike communists and capitalists equally, but not all war is stupid. The Second World War was completely logical, and needed. The Nazis were committing genocide. But, most war is stupid.

The genocide was a war on jews. That's how it was sold... ww2 may have been fairly necessary, but it was stupid nonetheless. Shortsightedness of governments kept most of the issues the war was really about from being resolved peacefully. I would prefer if nobody had to go to war ever.

What really bugs me is how the current state of the world looks like it did just before ww2 started. ww3 is coming in our lifetime of this I have no doubt.

Use myanimelist.net and you'll be fine. Just search an anime, and on it's page, there should normally be a few subs for pretty much everything, scored by the users. Go with the highest rated and pirate away. Alot of subbers used other sites, making the torrents still downloadable. There's some good stuff on Netflix Instant Stream. The dub of Dance In the Vampire Bund is good (the manga is still better), as is the dub of Elfen Lied. Don't bother with an anime called Shigofumi. All the torrents are dead, besides for one, which all the files are messed up in. Oh, and check out Kill Me Baby. It's funny.
