I'm doing a debate tomorrow on same-sex marriages in class and I can't find a certain comic that I've seen on FJ before. It's of a woman who talks about how she's a regular person who loves her kids and girlfriend very much. But her girlfriend gets very sick and can't use the benefits she has because they're not a married couple. Anyways, she ends up dying and it's very sad. I thought this would be perfect to make my point in class. If anyone has this picture or can find a link to it, you'd be such a great help! Thanks in advance :)

my advice is to do your research, and be able to support your ideas. If you have no support other then a comic someone else made on FJ then you will lose the debate.
Debates are meant to have argumentative points. What you are doing with the comic is that you were to lazy to work to support the views you are trying to pass on to others. Do some research on why people think its a bad idea and prepare yourself for what they may counter your argument based on your lonely little comic...

randomnessx (02/08/2012) [-] I have all my research and everything done, this was just something for everyone to connect to (I have a lot of ignorant people in my class). I'm not lazy, I know how to do my work. This comic would only be one piece of my argument. I have a lot of other points as well.
