I've seen it on swedish and sometimes with english and once at japanese.

There's a lot of flaws in Team rockets plans and all, but...couldn't they just use the money they use for all the seemingly expensive robots and traps every episode and buy a pikachu? Giovanni would never know

Everyone said i was stupid when i pointed that out. The pokemon series made a couple mistakes like that before, and no one would believe me when i said they got them wrong

"In the English dub, three Pokémon are referred to by the wrong name. Pidgeot was called Pidgeotto, Scyther was called Alakazam, and Sandslash was called Sandshrew. In the audio commentary, 4Kids stated that they decided to leave the Alakazam error when they noticed it as something for the children watching to notice and because they felt it was plausible in context that Team Rocket could make a mistake."

Don't forget that in the show, Growlth was called Arcanine, water is weak to fire, and Arbok evolves into Seviper.

jessie's arbok didn't evolve into seviper, jessie let it go to protect wild ekans from being poached, jessie caught seviper after seeing it while spying on ash and his friends.
